How about placing the tape first, then pull the cap over it smooth it down and use the eyebrow razer to cut off the excess. That might be quicker for you. ❤️

I agree with @Holla At The KI D, next time place the tape down first, then pull the wig cap over the tape, then cut the cap. I also believe doing it that way would help eliminate the shine from the tape.

S/N- I've recently learned from Ms. Tamika the owner of The Hair Diagram, that using those hair sprays on our skin isn't good becuz the contain famaldahide. We don't need that ish seeping into our skin. The method you showcased today is definitely safer.
Also, it's advised not to use alcohol on our skin becuz it could burn the layers of our skin, which could cause irritations. A good suggested substitute is Sea Breeze. I've been using Sea Breeze for years, and it's never caused me any skin problems.
I'm just sharing a bit of great helpful knowledge. Ms. Tamika has 30 yes in the hair business, 20 yrs experience with hair replacement (wig applications). I highly suggest watching her videos. We're never too old, nor experienced to learn something new 😊
Thanks soo much for sharing! I use pro flex tape with my application. I don’t use the bald cap method but I apply the tape on the wig cap and apply glue to my skin and I get a week to 10 day hold and I sweat a lot.

I like the concept - did u use anything on the cap prior to using the tape? I definitely feel like using the sprays & gels are harsh on hairlines especially if ur hair /edges are thin. Please do an update so we can see if this method is better. Fabulous job as always, absolutely beautiful ❤😘🌹!!!

If you’re letting the glue dry, how is it still adhesive?
It becomes tacky so you can lay the lace into the glue. HTH 🙂
