Bruins and oilers fan here wish he got his cup I will always remember him as king Henrik he didn’t deserve to go out like that as well he deserved to go out like the king he was best of luck in retirement it was a pleasure watching your magic on the ice
Sad seeing this as a rangers fan that grew up watching him, happy he gets this. Never will forget the moments I've shared with friends and family watching him.
Had hanks fat head (sticker) on my wall as a kid growing up. Was my favourite player and the reason I started being a rangers fan at the age of 12. Got to see him play in ottawa and happy to say I did. Sad the way his career ended but he had a hell of a run. Hank will always be a core memory for me growing up and was a great role model for me. Guy is absolute class.
Yeah, such a great memory how he handcuffed the Rangers from assembling a cup roster with his cap hit when the cap was, iirc, around 67-68m....a true legend ;)
@@tomtorres212 only 4 series in the Crosby-Lundqvist era; 2-2 for each team advancing. Seems like more; felt like it was Pittsburgh and Washington every year. Honestly a heart problem is no joke this could have gone worse in many ways to the point the king would NOT be doing this interview. @@crazyralph6386 Weird that you would bring up New York when it is irrelevant to this debate, but this just further confirms my experiences; I rarely, if ever, hear New Yorkers hating on other states, but everyone seems to have something bad to say about New York. You sound like someone who has never been to New York and has gotten all your knowledge about it from pop culture and/or right-wing news sources. You also sound like you've only seen a handful of Lundqvist and Richter games. I understand why people may feel like Richter was better than Lundqvist given the emotional attachment they have to that 1994 season, but I prefer to look at facts. And the facts are that his stats are much better. That and the fact that even Richter agrees with me that Hank was better I think pretty much settles this debate. Class act.
Favourite goalie ever. Best goalie in the league since Hasek.

Henrik is a class act and a snappy dresser too. And that was the way to conduct an interview. Well done you two!

😂
I will remember King Henry for one thing: no Stanley Cup ring.
He has a cup, he just left it in your girlfriend’s bedroom
Won a Gold Medal for his country. Best goalie of this generation.
Greatest keeper to never win a cup along with Luongo.

Epic career - especially all those Stanley Cups and don't forget all those Vezina trophies...
Too bad the NY Karens couldn't get him the Stanley Cup, Great Goaltender.
yeah it's just that easy to win a championship...
Hardest sport to win a championship in. The teams that win it have to be exceptional .
Not sure how they are the Karen’s? You’re the one whining about them because you’re jealous
Meh, Richter actually won them a Cup, which makes him king.
I'm a Rangers and fan you'd be an idiot to take Richter over Lundqvist. Even Richter would agree..
