It's technically not possible to jumpthrow anymore without be kicked?
Binds are now inactive when they have more than one movement line, you can still perform jump throws really easy by just jumping and left click throwing. (It won’t kick you from the game)

There is a 200ms window to do it, you can hit it 100 percent of the time after a bit of practice I'm sure!
