I’m in sales but I moved from a high online leads mode to more of a retention and customer service and attraction marketing role. I’m able use my 1 line and find particular people that I’ve researched that make sense, but not just constantly talking to people which drains me, love this new video!
I've had a strong knowing since I was a child that I am here to be a performer at large scale. What I call my "Soul's Purpose" gifts are singing, speaking and writing, but those don't seem to fall under the Projector role, although I know Taylor Swift is a Projector. Curious about your thoughts on this.
Curious is there a difference from the codex and the human design app information? Really would like to know if I should purchase the codex and reading or just a reading. Also great videos I’m so happy I found you!
Thank you for your interest! I am not familiar with with the content in the human design app, but the codex is like a book all about you. When you book a reading you can add the Codex at a discounted price 💛
I was an HR Business Partner and it really depends what part of HR you work in - because always doing disciplinary meetings is horrific. But other parts are fun and it’s the company the makes it.
I am a filmmaker and I mostly direct commercials. I love directing but constantly dealing with big egos and narcissism is extremely draining. I feel like I need to make my own work on my terms.
Thanks for sharing this, some great insights! :) In regards to roles that you mention for Projectors (I know they are suggestions), I'm intrigued by your suggestion of Creative Director. To me, along with a lot of the suggestions, you need to go through the 'doing' work to step into the Projector role suggestion. Graphic Design is inherently an 'always on' output-focused role and is a common path to creative direction. I have been battling with this path as a Projector as it's so saturated. Since finding out I was a Projector it's made me question how friendly the role is to us. Do you, or anyone else have any thoughts?
In human design there is no way how to decide your path with your mind, it will always come down to your strategy and authority. All the clarity and redirection comes from your body, correct recognition, and correct invitation. Picking up 'suggestions or ideas' is just a 'not-self' mind induced mechanism to try and force a path. By recognizing that you can ground yourself back in the now and tune in with what your body needs in the moment. I feel the same way about graphic design and projector nature. When you boil it down to basics it's not much different than factory work, just digital. I believe that the key for creative projectors is focusing on passion skill and taking very good care of oneself in the process. Mastering the systems and mediums, refining the vision, and developing a style to the point where the right people naturally gravitate towards your expertise and invite you to share it. Maybe from such a baseline one can become a creative director or maybe in the process you become something else that you could never even imagine. It's like this constant embrace of the unknown, trusting the process, trusting the body, following your authority and strategy and observing how mind just wants to rule and control everything and anything 24/7. How friendly are you to yourself in the creating process?
@@ievaseven thanks for the reply! Sorry I hadn’t spotted this sooner. Yes that’s a very good way to put in regards to graphic design! Digital factory workers 😅. My favourite part is concept creation, where I can connect strategy and creativity and everything else in between. I am all about adding meaning to everything, which I linked to my conscious sun gate 28. In terms of your question about creative process, I wouldn’t say it was particularly structured, more intuitive and kind of just comes together 😂 which is enjoyable! I get lost (like being in flow) which is a good sign. The things I battle with in creative industries are environment and who for. I think creativity can make a huge impact, it’s just traditional placements usually mean commercialisation or consumerism. Are you a creative?
I feel that Artist and Spiritual/Wellbeing guide are very similar. Veronica seems to be emphasizing what that looks like on a daily basis. So an artist working in Graphic design is going to have a lot of demands on their body that would be overwhelming. But an Artist that held a once a month gathering and exhibited their work maybe a couple weekends in a month might really be in good alignment with their projector energy.
Yes absolutely, I would just suggest focusing on making fewer quality pieces rather than having to create based on high volumes/quantity. Or finding ways to scale your creations without having to scale your workload for example creating originals and then using technology to make prints (just as an example). The other option is to find creative/artistic roles, that have a stronger focus on your ability to see art and not just create it for example being a curator. Again these are just example but I hope it helps to give you an idea 🙂

Great video and very helpful. I really like how you explained your experiences and immediately tied them into your tips/points.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you for your kind and thoughtful feedback 🙂 thanks for watching x
❤❤❤ great video!!! 🎉

What if you’re a projector in your tropical profile, but a generator in your sidereal? The differences in strategy/authority are killing me 😂

How about an artist
