Thanks. Finally a description that explains this and it works. The key is to delete the template file in the C:\Cakewalk Content\Cakewalk Core\Project Templates folder without letting windows/the system just overwrite it once you've selected a new photo/icon. As you state, something that should work( saving to overwrite the same named template file), doesn't and that was confusing. Thanks again for taking the time to help us out.
In case when you put a picture on a project like the album cover, is it bounced included in the MP3 for instance ( like to be shown later on the windows player ) ???
