Wemby IS big, but he is not PLAYING like a Traditional NBA BIG. Wemby's playing more like a slasher but with an addition of godly length and blocking ability. As for Shaq's dominance comparison, we all know his Achilles Heel, just add body and foul him. Wemby can score virtually from anywhere including the FT, so that's a whole different scenario from what Shaq had in his playing days.
Shaq's dominance was mostly physical : he can explain that a guy who shoots isn't really dominant... because he had no shoot. His dominance was the same than Panzer tanks in WWII. There are other ways to be dominant. There will be.
