    Thank you for the tips! As a dad who never seriously played or had anyone train in ball and trying to get a very interested 3rd grader completely into the game your videos are very helpful!

    As for weight distribution on the back foot, is it ok for me to already have that 70/30 weight established way before my load

      Sure! You just want the weight to be there right before you fire
