awesome but your starting position is on the box line, how to do the same thing from the very far wall?
It is same tecnique
however I found it way much harder, than from the box line :)

Well done Vincent. I would add in to be aware and practice the pinch point and the recoil. Also, make sure your stance and grip are providing enough follow through. Vincent is slowing his shot down for the camera. In real life it is very fast. Cheers

Hi greetings from Czech republic. Just heading to local foosball bar to practice this. Could you possibly explain please the compress part (giving energy to actual shot)? Thanks in advance. :)
Basically, it is the sweet spot that when you are hitting the ball, it feels like squeezing it out - the ball has an opposite force against your energy and generate potential energy. The potential energy will turn into kinetic energy on the ball such the ball could travel at a higher speed. (Imagine when you are pulling the bow and shoot an arrow)
