- Webster University Assistant Professor Ralph Schoellhammer says the “trend towards the right” in Europe is “continuing”.
The Labour Party won the United Kingdom general election last week, ending 14 years of Conservative rule.
“The trend towards the right in Europe is continuing,” Mr Schoellhammer told Sky News host Danica De Giorgio.
“We saw the same, by the way, in the United Kingdom.
“Nigel Farage got 14 per cent of the popular vote.”
