Man I hope at least my head is out of the machine when I get my lumbar checked this week. Last time I had an MRI I was about to go into a full blown panic attack. My shoulders are too broad and it’s uncomfortable af in those machines.

i had a mri once not afraid but it was only of the elbow lol so only my elbow was in a machine...
