Today we are in Neustadt an der Weinstraße a small city directly at the boarder of the Palatinate Forest. Neustadt is known for wine, many vineyards, a beautiful old town and of course the Hambach Castle which is also known as the cradle of German democracy. There also many hiking trails nearby. Szervusz! Danke fürs Mitteilen. In Neustadt an der Weinstraße war ich oft gerne, als ich damals in Nordbaden lebte. An der Deutschen Weinstraße überhaupt kann man sehr gut essen und trinken. Ich war gerne dort wandern. Du bist im Video an der Alten Post 🏣📯 vorbei gegangen, und hast das alte Gebäude nicht hervor gehoben 🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽😜! Weinrebe heißt auf Englisch "vine" und wird genauso wie Wein 🍷 auf Deutsch ausgesprochen. Wochenmarkt heißt "farmer's" oder "outdoors market" auf Englisch. Sorry, ich komme ursprünglich aus Kalifornien und bin Sprachlehrer in Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch 🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽😅! In Neustadt konnte man früher im Alstadtkeller lecker essen, und Weintrinken war ich oft im Stubel am Markt. Liebe Grüße aus Españistán 🙋🏽🎉🍾🥂🙋🏽!

Von Neustadt kann man nicht das Hambacher Schloß sehen. Diese Weinstube, die ich vorhin meinte, heißt jetzt Die Kleine Kneipe, habe ich im Video eben gesehen.

Just like Newport or Villeneuve in French. These were medieval settlements that were built later in relation to an older related settlement. Neustadt is quite a widespread toponym in German speaking territories, i. e. Neustadt in Holstein, Neustadt in Franconia etc.
