Pro Tip. Kay/O Molly has the same trajectory as Killjoy Molly and Viper Smoke, so those lineups carry over 1 to 1.

This molly is dealing dmg in the line of sight of its explosion
so eg. 2:48 wont work on the left (closer to heaven) side when someone is planting in the corner
and other places, when u throw it in one side of a turn/corner it wont dmg players around the corner,
just if u throw it maybe exactly at the turning point

I feel like a few lineups won't work because from what I've seen (and tested) the molly has to see you to damage (as a character). It's hard to explain but if you throw the molly against a wall and you go on the other side it won't damage you so be careful on those my favourite fish
