The show could have got an awsome ending but the writers decided to end it with a rush and without a closure. Most unsatisfying ending. The character Eunyu showed so much depth only to have her ending scene being completely emotionless. Wastage of an actor like Go Minsi.
I have real issue with ending it with her emotionless... the most loyal, devoted choaracter full of love for her brother and Hyunsoo feeling nothing at the end....

But in this case, even when the ending was unsatisfactory, in the beginning of season 2 and throughout season 3, eunyu didn’t give up on her brother or Hyunsoo, so now it’s their turn to help her. I was watching asking how can then fix all this caos in 5 min ,and then they just put the mains caracters in the roof looking happy without explaining what just happened, i really didn't understand a shit at the end
They literally tried to fix all the plot problems in 41 min. That was awful as shit, that HIV girl having screen time was crazingly unnecessary, that soldier was literally breathing so hard when he's supposed to be dead. Overacting in that ajjashee death scene, and did nothing to the new human plot, the death of the main antagonist was stupid, they didn't even fight, and totally ignored the fact that yee soo could literally control much bigger monsters and not zombies. I don't like the season, i'll just pretend it never existed

i kinda liked season 2 but season 3 just left me with so many questions. like for example, what really is the origin of the monsterization? what is happening to humanity now? are there monsters still roaming everywhere trying to kill people? i just don’t understand
I just wanted to cry in that scene the ending was too emotional they were fighting from season one now they finally can rest and go back to their home after so long 😭😭😭 they have endured too many heartbreaking things till the end😭😭😭 finally we can see little hope which will help them in going back to their life again it was like they are being reborn again & this is not the ending but beginning of their new life ❤😭

They have hug in Season 2 episode 7. And about the confess, love confession isn't always "I love you". They confess in another way. And it's sweeter than just " I love you". Remember when they said : “Thank you, you still came back to me.” -Eunyu “I’m not gonna give up on you.” -Eunyu “I was waiting for you.” -Eunyu “I’m sorry, It took so long.” -Hyunsu “If you're in pain, let me carry you.” -Hyunsu I think it's enough to express their love to each other and they know it.
To anyone wondering or is confused with the ending Heres the explanation: but I would really recommend reading the manhwa webtoon of Sweet home. The explanation is more in depth Also I want to commemorate first with my regards with how amazing the production of the final season of sweet home. I really loved it how it turned out. I cried so much especially this ending and Eun hyeok's line although it was supposed to be Ji-su in the original story but its okay!!! Eun-yu (the girl) has transformed into a neohuman similarly with Eun-hyeok (the first man to smile in the vid). Basically, in the universe of sweet home. All people are going to be immortilized. But in order to do so, they must have to undergo a monsterization process like its a natural thing. Going back, why is Eun-yu emotionless? She just turned in as a neohuman. Neohumans have no emotions but they're capabilities compared to an average human is much ten times better. They can retrieve back their emotions by learning. Also, they're previous memories are still within them, they just don't have any emotions which is why Eun-yu's expressions are aloof.
Lee eun-yu was very precious she was always there for them but no one was really there for her and it’s sad to see her like this I wish that they at least hugged🥹
It seems to me that both Hyunsu and Eunhuyuk were with her, Eunhuyuk was more to her before he became neohuman And Hyunsu was always behind her and always protected her even if he didn't show he was doing it to protect her

I'am very surprise that a lot of people didn't like the ending or feel confuse...It's a little hard for us yes because we know that we'll not follow them anymore, but I think it's was very good. The third season made me even like the second, because this is the time of war and that make sense regarding how the last season turned...We arrived to the point in the epidemy where evolution is really here with the neohuman. It feels painfull because of the lack of emotions but it seems to be the right way to pass through our bad sides and stupidity as humans and learn emotions back with loving ones...I didn't read the manwha but it seems that only the ones who had some kind of a "sweet" emotional desire turned in neohumans...when they're not stuck in it...Cha hyun su returned to human most of the monsters who couldn't become neohumans and all of them are learning to live together in this "again" sweet home after all the chaos. There is hope for humanity and I'am happy. All this serie is a great metaphor about us, how we live, make bounds, are able to help each other in difficult times (or not), grieve, and learn from our mistakes with empathy. I love all of this

I didnt like how only the mains are alive and all good side characters are dead.. Characters like park yuri could have easily made a comeback as a half monster since she had a desire to help others But seems like the directors thought only mains are allowed to live ignoring the fact how the side characters of S1 were capable of making it out alive Well wtv i am in ep5 rn, i liked hani's character since she clearly have a character development in this Season, she has depth but barely got screentime (both in s2 and s3) I dont understand why they even give screentime to the priest and that blue hoodie lady, both of them dont bring any diff story to the table..their characters were interesting but i got to know that they will just leave the stadium together so...whats the need of showing them at all when you are just gonna leave their characters half baked like that

Not turning back into human, but human becoming neohuman. And neohuman are still neohuman, they cannot die, if they die they will return to the heart and be born again. You could say they evolved. Human who hide they strong desires will trigger symptoms of monsterization. Thus turning them into neohuman or even monsters.
Eunyu have desire to survive and live happily with her big brother (Eunhyuk) and her first love (Hyunsu). So that's why in episode 7 the illusions of her big brother begin to appears in her head as a symptoms of her monsterization.
