Fascinating analysis, Jae - thank you. Definitely some refinements for me there in terms of rotating all the way down through the pelvis (even whilst 'prancing like a Hackney pony', haha...)
Definitely, Jae@@balancedrunner - I did give that thought as I reflected on your video and this morning on my 5-miler, which went better (smoother and gradually faster) than any recent runs. Paying attention to rotation always helps my breathing, as you advise. I also noticed that rather than consciously 'trying' to rotate all the way down through my pelvis, it worked far better when I remembered to let it happen naturally (by relaxing and picturing it already happening).
I wish you were able to draw on the still shots and then clear the drawing as you resume play. There must be a program for that
Always enjoy your running form analysis 👍
Thanks Suzanne!
Thanks for the analysis 👍
my pleasure!
Still so pretty Jae, thanks for the in-depth analysis lots to think about.

Thanks, Matthew! Give some thought to the experience of "running out of puff" (if that still happens) and what we see Kotut do. Might be relevant.
