Bradley's tips to setting up a Hivemapper Fleet:
- Set up LLC + 1099-MISC forms - talk to a lawyer and/or accountant
- Research the Hivemapper project
- Do research on AI - AI will make this map data more actionable
- Come up with a good referral program for your fleet drivers
- Come up with your elevator pitch (to recruit drivers)
- Print a business card for yourself and hand it out
- Make sure to set proper expectations with drivers - I don't promise any type of earnings, I explain what the big picture is and what to look forward to long-term
- Once you have these down, start pitching and having discussions
- Stay connected with your drivers, I give them updates every 1-2 weeks on what's going on with the Hivemapper project
- Talk to Hivemapper devs and give feedback on Discord
- It becomes a snowball effect once you get a few drivers going, it gets a lot easier

Riding ubers and pitching the idea is the easiest and best strategy to recruit.
From there just word of mouth and off you go🤘
What if your driver stops mapping? How do you mitigate the risk of loosing the dash cams to drivers who stops mapping?
How have fleet manager's found their driver's with wanting to know more about taxes? Has it been a major onboarding barrier? Are driver's asking about this? Do fleet manager's have suggestions for off-ramp solutions for driver's? For non-crypto/tech driver's what are the best off-ramping suggestions, profiting, holding, selling etc?
Much improved interviewing and questions. For future interviews, it would be helpful to dig into more details. The fleet managers answered your questions but in many cases gave little to no specific details on HOW they did what they did. So very little is actionable. What are their process, issues they have come across, how did they solve them, onboarding processes, what are their setups with drivers, do they supply an independent phone with the dashcam that is already paired and setup for the driver, and so on. Thanks, keep up the good work.
Are Manager's still having issues with their driver's in regards of them using their own phones with the dashcams, setup, keeping the app active, running out of storage space, etc? Have they considered giving a pre-configured phone that has large internal storage, the phantom app, Hivemapper app setup and paired to the dashcam which is then sent to the driver with the dashcam? Is it needed, is it overkill? I haven't started deploying yet so I am working on my onboarding processes and steps.
Thank you for all the great videos I have watched them all. If you have drivers that don't want to deal with the crypto portion of this meaning they want you to pay them via check, direct deposit, venmo, etc. How do you go about setting up many wallets that I would have to control? Is it possible and how?

hey hey! I have been mapping myself for 5 months and now running a 12 cam fleet with 5 more on the way. I have a few drivers now with 2 cams in their cars. I can tell the rewards are 2 cams worth, but they are all going on one cam, the other cam is not getting the rewards, which is going to be tricky when it comes to getting my 250 km mapped to get my 2500 honey airdop. I am trying to figure out what I am missing, or what I did wrong in setting my 2 cam system up. They have separate phantom addresses hooked up to each cam, so I do not know why rewards aren't going to each cam

I would like to know how it is you get people that wanna do it for whatever percent you give them and after a month or two they say why am I not doing this myself and make 100% that’s where I see a problem.

Yeah it's more for convenience for the people, they get to try something out and get more income while the fleet manager gets to earn some income too
