Each beat corresponds to a zap of blue electricity absorbed into him from the power bars. 2:15 Peter tries to talk electro out of it without causing a fight 2:45 The first fight breaks out (like in the movie) 3:20 Peter figures out how to defeat him with Gwen’s help (like in the movie) 3:45 electro gets overloaded with electricity causing him to explode (like in the movie) 4:40 But something isn’t right, the power bars are still not out. At each beat they are changing from blue to yellow 4:50 Each beat corresponds to a zap of yellow electricity slowly overcoming the blue ones. The yellow electricity seems to shift at light speed between the different power bars 5:08 Electros body appears again but a lot brighter with a lot more electricity (this time yellow). Up until before the drop after bit after the famous time stamp 4:10 of this video, this is the song they’ve used in TASM2 for when Peter is thinking about becoming Spider-Man again and fighting the rhino. The drop after 4:10 is for when he hits the rhino with the sewer’s cap and right after, the credits.
These 2 theme songs were the most moving of all songs in marvel movies. The music at the end of the electro character was especially moving, making you realize he didn't ask for these powers, he just wanted to enjoy his birthday. Instead, he got the "Rodney Dangerfield treatment", getting no respect.
