Panda express is the best westernized Chinese fast food.
Beijing beef, honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken, with noodles is my go to combo.
because there are bits of fake crab in it. Same as any Chinese food place. There isn't a Chinese restaurant in the world that uses giant pieces of real crab in crab ragoons.

Oh Man.. Panda Express here in Canada usually greets you. Front of the house and back of the house, while frying up rice. Its just a nice gesture they have here in Canada and I was so pumped for it this day and it didn't happened. Will give them a 1.5 Star rating on Yelp because of this..

My family owns chinese restaurants. It’s really not that much. Most of the items are repeated. It looks like there’s a lot but most of them are the same like chicken with broccoli, shrimp with broccoli, beef with broccoli, or happy family which has beef, chicken, and shrimp with the same sauce and little more vegetables. Most of the items comes from 4 different sauces. Different names when you add spicy or not.

You go to the buffet at the wrong times. When it is busy, or at least should be busy- dinner time, there is a higher rate of turnover on the more popular items. Go at 3pm, when nobody is there, and yes, you're going to items that have been sitting on the steam table forever.

They keep the food fresh in a 150 items menu because most of the changes are in the sauces/spices.
You read the beef section and you’ll see 20 items but orange beef and sesame beef is the same thing except for the additional sesame and so on. The whole menu is like that.
