The issue is Envy seems to be way more involved and I would not be surprised if he received some level of compensation for each deal which is another layer of possible liability. When you have a partnership, you have an obligation to be aware of the happenings occurring in your business and to blow the whistle if things such as fraud are occurring or your risk being held liable. Just take one look at either one of them. I don’t do business with anyone wearing baseball caps or sweats - all signs of someone not to be taken seriously. I’ve been a practicing CPA for 25 years and realtor for 20. I turn down clients looking like that and I don’t care how much money they have. It’s always some “stuff” with them in the end. As an investor I wouldn’t do business with people looking and talking “street”. It speaks volumes of their character and how they’re going to handle my money. As evidenced by the results of this fiasco.

I cannot stress enough that most business people are not popular or celebs but will genuinely assist you in reaching business and real estate goals. May the community recover well and work with business people and not continue to be moved by entertainment energy and learn that is for entertainment purposes only. Sure. Because a scammer will use the new investments from other people to pay their biggest investor so that it seems like they're making a profit. That's how Ponzi schemes work. He was on the Breakfast Club trying to tell his side of the story - against legal advice AND C The God telling him to LISTEN TO HIS ATTORNEY but he still chose to flap his gums. Just take one look at either one of them. I don’t do business with anyone wearing baseball caps or sweats - all signs of someone not to be taken seriously. I’ve been a practicing CPA for 25 years and realtor for 20. I turn down clients looking like that and I don’t care how much money they have. It’s always some “stuff” with them in the end. As an investor I wouldn’t do business with people looking and talking “street”. It speaks volumes of their character and how they’re going to handle my money. As evidenced by the results of this fiasco.
