This Police Car looks like a NYPD Ford Crown Victoria.

It is a CVPI (Crown Victoria Police Interceptor). Most police agencies use them, not just the NYPD. The livery on this particular one looks similar to the classic NYPD livery in movies, but similar liveries are used all over, so there's no telling what it's based on
