Hi David... I was talking to someone that has 'Saler' cattle and he swears by them. Calve charolais calves themselves. Anything that makes your life easier is worth it. If you lose a calve or have to pay the vet for a c-section you've lost a fair bit of your profit for the year. I'd be tempted to buy a saler/stabiliser cow or 2 :) Thanks for watching and happy new year.😊
Hi.. Aye don't think blues maybe last as long as other hardier breeds too... Them cows are out of fresian dairy cows that's why they have so much milk. Once the calve gets up a bit though they fairly thrive on all the milk 👌🏻👌🏻 Thanks for watching and glad you enjoyed :) Happy New year
@JohnSAgri Knell Is a good bull had 4 limousin heifers incalf to him lastyear all calved on their own great growthy heifer calves should make nice cows I will use him again
@@brendanmcloughlin193 Yes Brendan, used him a few times before myself and good shapey calves from him. That red limousin heifer that calved that angus calve is a daughter of Knell from 2 years ago. Calved herself, great mother 👌🏻

Knell is the Limousin and Matteo for Angus. Both easy calving but with the blues still have to give a pull 🤔 Thanks for watching:)
