I love this story! Yes I strongly agree, you cannot replace going into a store and feeling, touching and having a sales person assist you with your decision making it’s irreplaceable!

This is so inspiring! I also love the story of having great business intuitions while being pregnant. Such a leader, thank you :)

She needs to focus on the supply chain issues with the pottery barn brand. I have had horrific experiences with this. It’s very, very broken. And I worked in a supply chain leadership role prior to retiring from another company so I know they have major issues.

She should make sure her employees are treated better though. Employee treatment at William sonoma is awful. The point system is awful. God forbid you get sick for more than a week you will get fired. If you have an emergency? You get a point. A lot of things need to change within William sonoma. The lack of training for employees, the supply chain issues, crack down on the vendors that they dropship from so delays stop happening. Honestly just do better.
