At first when I ran across this channel, I was skeptical and figured it’d be yet another clone of channels offering advice that sounds reasonable but I’ve always found a little unrealistic, in the sense that they just don’t seem to work for me. I used the marathon plan on strava for example and stopped after a single week. I’m sure loads of these plans work for loads of people but as you mentioned- I don’t have a running history (started 2 yrs ago) and many of these plans seems to assume the sessions are easy to follow. And the fact that many are run-only plans is also a big gotcha as I’ve learned the past year. One of my friends is running less than ever (
