Hi, management student here and I'd like to say something wrt MECE structure. The full form of MECE is mutually exclusive and collectively exhaustive. Collectively and not comprehensively. You look at all unique possibilities that don't overlap each other but together are complete. Eg positive numbers, negative numbers and zero = all possible numbers. A number cannot be both positive and negative hence they are Mutually Exclusive.

Also the season. If it's summer, they can get more time and if it's monsoon,he'll have to find a shelter first
