No other place is as filled with myths and secrets as the royal Neuschwanstein Castle: Every year, thousands of visitors from all over the world undertake a pilgrimage to Germany to visit King Ludwig II's castle. The white castle majestically towers above the country : lakes, hills, tree tops and a deep gorge. The building looks almost surreal, like something out of a fairy tale. Even its story could be a fairy tale - one of dreams and fantasies.
