I agree to an extent because here you deal with police who quickly escalate things vs talking. Example today they gave Hassan and his mother the info on the only options they have yet the mother argues and goes on about how they destroyed her home and the husband in prison….they don’t care their telling you your options say fine let the tractor to clear a bit more so we can put up a tent and be done with it. Hassan these guys don’t care about you don’t you get that….why try and reason with them it only angers them then they push you around and next you will both end up in prison and what good will the reasoning have done you? Time to get what you can for that land if these slimy government departments even allow you to sell it. I think your lawyer and the engineer just want your money and already know the options you were given today, since your lawyer said he is helping many nomad families. Who knows when your father will be released, your already in dept, time to get a paying job for you and your mother and earn some money to buy a house in your village

The Nomads should have just as much right to own land as anyone else. Most of them are farmers and that IS their job! Nothing more full time than farming. Iran is creating their own problem by depriving Nomads of this right.

El gobierno ya dijo que son terrenos agrícolas, cada familia con casa destruida tiene su camarógrafo y un canal monetizando (obteniendo ganancias) ¿Por que los manejadores o dueños del canal no compran un terreno para sus nómadas? al parecer solo les dan un poco de material de construcción y un poco de comida ¿Quién se queda con todas ganancias? o ¿es todo actuado y estos terrenos fueron tomados como sets de grabación?

All the land seems to be THEIR land! Where is it that Nomads should be allowed to live? Even out in the barest desert they are chased away. They would buy their own land if they were allowed. Much of their work is seasonal, si the men go away to work elsewhere in the off montgs. What's wrong with that? They provide a necessary work source. The government treats them as non-humans. That’s not true, Hassan and his mother removed every thing including door and windows because her brother Ali called them and told them what was happening and instructed them to remove everything that they had few hours before they made it to their house on the hill.

This government is like us native Americans living on our reservation. We can't build a house wherever we want to on the reservation. Giving to us by the government. Our own tribal government we have to least the land from them, and getting that least takes 5 to 10 year just to least an one arcer land and there are many restrictions. We have farm and grazing permits. We dont pay taxes on any of the land's we least. Its very difficult to build a house with so many restrictions. I can understand these people! And to make it worse there are no jobs on the reservation. United States government gave our tribe 800 million dollars during COVID-19 and to this day our tribal government is still fighting over the money! The only best thing to do is move to cities and buy land's and buy a house on it. Or buy farm land pay high taxes. Hopefully we can pay it off and own the house and land when we die!! Then our kids will inherit our property.
