- Hundreds of people come to hold our kids over the spring. So by the time they are 5-6 weeks old and getting ready for new homes, they completely trust people. There are so many moments that make me tear up in the pasture when people are visiting. In a world that can be crazy and cold, the goats somehow bring out a centered warm, oozy goodness that makes me feel so so lucky when I get to just sit back on a warm day and watch. Simple sweetness. I made this movie mostly for myself so I can watch it on winter mornings and remember days like today. But I hope you enjoy it too! ;) My favorite thing about opening the farm to visitors is watching people arrive busy with a million thoughts, then a goat falls asleep in their arms and the world melts away and all is simple and good in those moments. It always feels like such a precious interaction and I wanted to catch a taste of it for people who have never seen it happen. The kids begin to leave in pairs or groups to amazing homes next weekend at 8 weeks. I will really miss them, but what an amazing 8 weeks it has been. They brought so much love to so many people and will continue to do so in their new homes. I really love goats. You can watch them on the farm's live cam at sunflowerfarm.info

Oh my goodness!! So cute and sweet!! My daddy, when he was alive, Loved goats. He always had a few around. He built these little house's for them to sleep in, get out of the weather. Large pasture for them to graze and play in. Such a good memory. My momma named all of them.
I need to go there! This would be like heaven for me.

Who would have thought that crashed and zonked goat babies were more fun than energized goat babies? It's as if someone took out their little lithium ion battery packs and they were drained until rebooting. Best everrrr cuddle power.

You've done so well to create this place not only for dairy business, but a little patch of Heaven, and your goats are all sweet little angels. Mischievous, but so loving and adorable, and it's heartwarming how they are so friendly with people. Like many of the other comments here, this one agrees heartily in how holding these little babies is very therapeutic, not just for kids and family, but to the elderly, as graciously shown in those good senior visitors who love your goat family members and gives them a great sense of calm relaxation. Thanks for sharing these moments. If I lived closer, I would be stopping by the cuddle with them as well. Instead, someday I'd like to have several as pets in a big fenced-in yard (and collect the droppings to compost for the garden). Your videos are so adorably precious! Goats are amazing creatures.

We had goats when I was a child. One day a premature baby goat was born. It's couldn't feed itself or even stand. Everybody thought it was not going to make it. We brought it inside the house and fed it milk with a syringe. Very slowly it recovered and became a magnificent creature. We called her munchy. She was toliet trained and loved sitting on the sofa and slept in our beds. As she got bigger we decided to introduce her back to the other goats. To our shock she turned out to be a dominating lesbian and the goat she most harrased was her own poor mom😅😅😅
It may more have been the fact that being raised in your home she wasn't taught how she was supposed to act by goat standards.
This was a big happiness. Is the little orange kitten a new addition to the farm? What a punkin!

wow, I love this channel. always good cute heartwarming things. we cannot live without animals, pets and GOATS. I particularly like the two things: the fact that elderly citizens get to relax and do therapy by hugging and petting and cuddling happy goats. Second, I like the part where a woman is cuddling and holding BOTH CAT AND GOATS [ they must be friends!] together. It almost makes me want to write a children's book, about the adventures of the CAt and Goat on a farm.
