Ya while Goku and Vegeta we're sliding together from the earrings they could do the fusion dance stuff when they touch the finger tips will touch so it will be gogeto
The earrings not only didn't defuse old Kai, they allowed Goku to perform a second Potara Fusion with Vegeta, so it might be possible for Vegito to simply hand a earring to Gogeta and fuse, and continue to fuse with others if he chooses to do so. This originally would have had a downside before the retcon as the characters would be permanently fused, but thanks to Super's "brilliant writing" there is now no need for any characters to lose or worry because they can simply keep fusing everyone without consequences, and defuse in...5, possibly 10 minutes flat? (Super never really explained how long Kefla or Vegito Blue Lasted...especially how each episode of Super in the final arc was under a minute in Dragonball time, but I doubt the Zamasu arc was equivilant, otherwise that'd mean Vegito Blue used more energy than Kefla, but had 0 effect on Zamasu...)
But I don't think Dragonball will ever get advanced enough to enable a double fusion, unless it was done in that game Dragonball Fusions.

The fusion wouldn’t even last a minute with that much power tbh. They’d defuse just as quickly as they fused. Vegito Blue didn’t last the full hour, and SSJ4 Gogeta lasted 15 minutes out of the regular half hour.
