@@zeloswilder6217 it does both. His moves change, do better damage, he has better frame data. It's why it takes a while for him to reach lvl 4. It's why he's a tricky type. A pro Jamie player is downright unbeatable.

I swear if the whole cast didn't die in around 4 or 5 interactions per round Jamie won't be as shit as he is. Max drink, he has no bad MUs or weaknesses to exploit it's just either the opponents almost dead or he is by the time he gets it. If they lower the damage of the game he will benefit the most.
Guile getting beat up by blanka and Jamie is just ridiculous..Keep that character out of top 5 please he’s to average..punished cr mk target combo every trip .Guile has shit buttons in neutral and it shows .
