I have been working on double stops for the last few months. For example in D major, I had half the D shape (on D and G) and half the A shape (on A and B). Anyways, You opened a whole new world for me to master. It so smooth and smart. That is the best way to approach and learn those IMHO. I don't even need to watch it another time, it is already in my head, USB key effect like kung fu for Neo in Matrix. I know double stops ! I've seen almost all video on this subject on YT, I can say without hesitation that your comprehensive approach is above anything I've seen so far. Thank you very much. Cheers from Marseille.
Thank you for this clear and easy-to-follow video! I’ve been struggling to grasp double stops, but your explanation made everything click. Watching all the way from Papua New Guinea-cheers!
Not here - it's almost all major pent. The double stops in the first 2 positions were - 1/3 to 1/4, 5/1 to 6/1, 2/5 to 3/5, and 1/2 to 1/3. On the 10th fret it was 5/1 to 6/1, 1/3 to 1/4, 5/1 to 6/1 and 2/5 to 3/5.
