as an entry level Pm,what tools would you suggest i learn to upskill, and would you like an associate PM willing to learn and help with research, documentation and the likes

As an entry-level PM, I'll suggest you focus on tools like Jira/Trello for project management, Figma/Miro for collaboration and wireframing, Notion for documentation, and Google Analytics/Mixpanel for tracking product metrics. Learning SQL for data analysis is also a big plus!
