Demons can only be killed by either getting hit by sunlight or getting their heads cut off SPECIFICALLY WITH NICHIRIN BLADES. Nezuko surviving her head getting cut off shouldn't be what's surprising about that scene, it's that she can remotely control cut off body parts by coagulating her blood and connecting to those cut off bits. Otherwise 9/10 vid, it was really good

So many demons in S1 were beheaded by non-nichirin swords and regenerated, which proves only that blade can kill them (alongside the sun).
