Congratulations!! You can definitely do it. I quit smoking pot on Feb 29th and it is the best decision I have ever made, except for quitting drinking alcohol 4 years ago on the 11th!! I take lots of walks and cool showers. A dry bristled brush for your skin and new friends will definitely help. Go get it!! together. Support groups are crucial as well. I love you and your feelings. One moment at a time. Don't get mad if you relapse. Crazy crap happens and you can get through it. I promise you 🎉
My goals are to find out if I have kidney tumors, to get my pelvic floor unlocked, find out if my neck needs another fusion, find out if I can go back to work cashiering, keep my ex an ex for good this time, expand my amount of supportive friends. And also celebrating my 4 years sober on the 12!! So many happy times ahead for me. So grateful to be breathing. Just a breath can change the entire outcome
