Yes, my niece has just married a second generation British Sikh, his whole family are hard-working professionals, patriotic, strong family values and contribute on every level. A joyful, colourful culture that retains its own identity but is also compatible with British values. The most fun wedding I have ever attended. They will always be welcome in Britain.

I love the way that the leader of the group calling for reparations is Ghanaian - a country that enslaved and sold its people to the passing traders for cheese and wine and she wants money from one of the first countries to make selling a person illegal (long before the word slave was coined).
