Well if king multiverse can revert someone to a previous state and king multiverse is made from a bit of 404 and mainframe and photonegative sans so in theory 404 should have that power or error 404 could use the mainframe since that would be able to delete anything
So just to summarize this a slug out fight where one can die but the cannot. Also while the one that can die is stronger, the one that can’t die is immortal. So in other words, it basically a the only way for 404 to win is to strain fatal. Meanwhile all fatal has to do is evade capture and wear 404 down to kill him.
