@@alissamicheleanderson because I lived there for from 2000 - 2009. Here is the top 9 things that came to mind easily.
* Increase Crime Rate.
* Homelessness.
* Garbage on the streets.
* Street lights every block. (to drive through or around in Gresham it takes for ever).
* Driving out of certain neighborhoods you wait for 3 -5 minutes to safely merge into traffic.
* Wind Storms are crazy. Every yr my pilot light to my furnace blew out.
* My fence blew over.
* Trash cans are blown all over the neighborhood.
* Car fires in the summer time.
