I love it when actors take pride in their work! I love this show and connect with it as I am a person with a physical disability called Spina Bifida and I have to use a wheelchair to get around.
There was an episode in season 3 with someone in a wheelchair who did a zero gravity simulation & I thought it was so awesome! I use a walker & sometimes wheelchair. We rarely see people with disabilities on tv. Hope to see more. I do like the racial diversity on the show though. Nic & Conrad are a cute tv couple but Mina is my fav character.

Back in the mid 1980's, I began working in a fairly major hospital in the San Francisco Bay Area, in California. The way people talked Seemed normal, at first, then I found myself taking some odd classes, like the one in which I was taught how to read Doctors' notes, and stuff like that. A year or so later, I began to work as a trouble shooter, and basically ended up getting tossed into the deep end of the hospital- I was always having to pop into the medical library to figure out what people were talking about. Hospitals, real (like the one I worked in) or fake (like the one in 'The Resident'), are interesting places.
