이번영상은 욕조 시공 영상입니다.
1.욕조를 자를때 나무가 들어있는 재품은 위험해서 저의 경우 영상처럼 2가지 날을 사용하고 있습니다.
2.조적 놓을때는 높이가 크게 차이가 나지 않아서 조적은 한단 눕히고 사모래놓기,조적 세워 사모래 놓기 입니다 사모래를 놓고 일반 시멘트를 뿌려줍니다. 그냥 사모래만 놓고 시공하면 접착력이 떨어지므로 항상 뿌려주고 흔들어 주면서 수평을 봅니다. 이때 주의할점은 사모래를 영상처럼 수평보다 조금 더 오버되도록 놓는게 포인트 입니다.
욕조 놓기전에 항상 배수구에 물을 붓고 확인합니다. 욕조 놓고 항상 담수는 욕조 절반 정도 넣습니다.
3.조적 쌓기를 할때는 에폭시 압착 사모래중 저의 경우는 사모래를 사용하고 있습니다 한국 현장은 시간적인 여유가 없어서 바로 시공할수 있는 부자재를 택하여 사용하고 있습니다. 특히 에폭시는 습기나 먼지에 취약하므로 당일 시공은 하지 않습니다.
4.욕조를 놓을시에는 두가지 방법을 사용하는데 첫째는 벽체 시공후 욕조놓기,둘째는 타일을 욕조 끝부분을 남기고 욕조 시공 후 타일 붙이기입니다.
장점으로는 욕조 재단이 미흡 하신분은 두번째 시공법을 택하시면 마감이 깔끔하게 나온답니다.
5.치마자리 떠발이 시공은 조적을 쌓을때 최대한 욕조쪽으로 들어가게 조적을 쌓는데 한계가 있습니다 해서 떠발이 시공시에 사모래를 질게 사용하거나 물을 먹여 시공합니다. 떠발이 시공시에는 상단부분 귀사춤은 꼼꼼하게 해줍니다. 치마설치 할 때는 양쪽을 줄로 묶어 손잡이로 사용하고 걸어줍니다. 이때 치마가 휘어 있는 제품은 휜부분에 피스를 박아서 당겨주며 걸어줍니다.

배수구 막히거나 오래되서 삭았을때
욕조 배수구 교체 하려면 큰돈 들어가겠네요..

배수구 오래되서 삭아서 누수나는일은 없어요. 주름관이 시간이 지나면 단단해지기도하고 욕조밑에 방수층이있어서 어느정도는 역류를 해도 괜찮아요. 욕조 물내려가는곳에 머리카락 거름망이 있어서 막힐일도많이없구요. 참고하세요~
