Many of the overnight stops you've either talked about or are near places you talked about. I've watched other channels about Ecuador but yours is the best.

Panama gave us the worst time ( at the Denver airport) our paperwork was all in line it was the gate desk person who had attitude. We told her that’s no concern of hers but Panamas. We made it fine , Cuenca is beautiful!
When did this happen? I've heard that they are now asking some passengers to do it online. The hardest part is there is no consistency. No one asked me for the attestation forms in Canada or the US.
in July of 2023, our family is traveling to from the U.S. to Quito for a few nights, then over to the Amazon for 1 night, back to Quito for a night, then over to the Galapagos Islands. Do you know if any vaccinations are required, such as Typhoid, Yellow Fever, Hep B or Malaria Pills? Have you taken any of these vaccinations? Do we have to show proof of these vaccinations anywhere along the way, such as at the airports, customs, etc. Thank you for your kind response. Karla
Karla, it's best to call a travel doctor for these but I will say this, because I travel so much I already have Typhoid, Hep A/B the Twinrix vaccination. I usually recommend anyone gets Hep A/B as it's so easily preventable and frankly we could get it in our own countries. But I do not Yellow Fever or Malaria as the risk is so low in Ecuador. I don't know if they have any cases but even going into the Amazon, if you're on a tour or visiting a lodge you'll still be within a safe zone of low risk. I've been in and out of Ecuador many times and I've only been asked for my Covid vaccine but by July who knows what that situation will be. Hope this helps, I have several Quito and Galapagos videos on my channel that may also give you a better idea of what to do in and around the city (Otavalo, Cotacachi, Latacunga).
