    Your aquascaping is so easy on the eyes. It seems like a place to visit in your dreams. Combine with the music, a person can listen and watch this to relax and go to sleep. This style is not really a true Dutch tank. The Shrimp That has the Amano name is name after Takashi Amano, the master who started the aquascaping movement, but I sense a mixture of a Natural style, or a sense of Fusion in your style; which is super cool. Thank you for sharing this with us, and inspiring us to do our best in this world of Aquarium Keeping. Whether it’s for the plants, the creatures in it, or both; it is a joy watch and learn from the best of us!

    Very nice job! A bit scary on an expensive bookshelf though. I'd worry about water damage. The mature planting has covered up much of the wood, but still looks green and healthy. Has a great sense of depth. That is key to how good it looks.

    Aside from being mind blowing unless the tanks are purchase-able as a total kit and have all the care instructions in simple form they are a tool for educating people on possibly working with problem fresh water environments such as streams and lakes or developing optimum level aquarium habitats.

    great tank, ive always had larger style planted aquariums but im going to have a go at a more intricate tank like yours,,, how often do you need to trim down plants to keep it from overgrowing?and how do you keep the trimmings from going all through the tank?

    • @pmgsrosa
      @pmgsrosa  8 лет назад

      Hi there. This tank is from last year. I trimmed every two weeks or so. If you have the filter switched off, plants go to the surface and you caught them with a net.

      Ghena Belan I almost don't make tests. Regular water changes (1 week 50%) and fertilisers every day (macro, micro, macro, etc).
