I applied passport in Bengaluru, and I got the passport within 2 days at my home address. I totally disagree that passport seva has not improved. There was a time when it takes 5-6 months and even years to get the passport and even have to give bribe to multiple stakeholders. I've not paid even a single penny on bribe. All process is very smooth
That's your opinion everybody has different experience and my friend has to pay bribery for the police verification so to say process is still smooth is debatable.
i have paid total 1500 rs for police verification of 3 passport and it takes 6 months to deliver passport at home and my fathers passport takes almost 1 year to get deliver to home after the police verification and I have send multiple emails to the passport seva kendra but they didn't respond whats the problem is and then my father goes to nagpur to the PSK office for the inquiry and then they said your document is okay it does not have any problem 🤨🤨 i mean seriously . if the document are okay then why it takes 1 year to deliver the passport.
