I look at it as 1,2,3 patterns. If point 2 (which is A on chart) is violated this confirms the move upward, failure to violate 2 ( A )usually signifies a range, and violation of 3 ,(B push back low) confirms reversal. Impulse wave, corrective, Impulse wave = N wave,
anytime if u see the bullish chart, bearish chart also can be interpreted from it from the point C down and that is area where traders trapped! so, its not so easy as u r explaining! it comes only after a years of experience, not only from reading the chart properly
