I just got my insurance(52 yy) setting up infinite banking and will velocitize it.

c. Paying for policy accured interest

Hi Denzel, I really enjoy your videos. I have been watching quite a few of them over the last several days and am intrigued with the idea of velocity banking. One of the common stumbling blocks is the ability to pay your Mortgage with a credit card for the Monthly payment. My question is, what would change in the process if we just hold back the amount needed for the Mortgage and pay it directly every month until we chunk the payment lets say every 6 months. This way you only have to deal with writing a cash advance check from your LOC/credit card either to the Mortgage lender, or yourself then the lender. Could this be a solution where difficulties arise with the Mortgage payments? Thanks again Denzel.

Joel Pineda yes that is what they had in cash. For your current policy you may not have any cash value in there. You need to have cash value in order to borrow from your policy.
You don't talk enough about the drag of the interest you pay for the policy loan.
You might be right in this video. This is an old one in my newer videos as I’ve learned more about the concept I would say I cover it well enough. My position is pay the loan interest each year when you borrow to avoid compound interest interfering with investment plans or other strategies

Hey Denzel, so when I transfer a chunk to my checking account from my LOC of a total of 10k or more. Is there a concern of the irs looking into my accounts or cause them to have to audit me because of the amount deposited? Can you shed some light on that please
Miguel Garcia that doesn’t make sense why the IRS would care how much money I move from one account to another. You get audited when the IRS believes they are owed more money in taxes if you file incorrectly and make sure everything is recorded properly.
Denzel Napoleon Rodriguez no I meant in the sense that any money transaction 10k or more in an account, the bank has to report the transaction to the irs so If I’m transferring 10k from my LOC to my bank account every 3/4 months, will it be a red flag under my account? Or is it only triggered if it’s a cash deposit rather than a credit like the LOC processes it as.
Miguel Garcia it’s not a transaction your not making a purchase rather a transfer from one account to another. Think of a loan getting deposited into your checking account

Example, what policy can I buy in July 2019, then make a large enough deposit in ? That would allow me to have a cash value of 15 to 20k.? Or is the only way to get the kind of cash value is through time.?
STL RC 330ft the type of policy I use for myself and my clients is whole life. When we are designing the policy we are setting it up to have immediate cash value. So if you put in 15-20k the goal is to have at least 75% or more in cash value immediately
