Noah and XAnne are support units. There is no such thing as "countering" a support unit as they are not the ones killing you. If you want to counter a team, focus on countering the DPS that is killing your team.

How do you counter makima/noah+biscuit+alice team?

Use same comp but use summer anis instead so that s.anis can target Alice without focusing on noah taunt since s.anis can target 2 highest atk targets
