I really like ONE. I'm starting to like it even more than the UFC if I'm being honest. On the outside looking in, it seems like theres alot of respect all around. Good Vibes. So far from what we can see- The Fighters under contract seem happy.
This is what happens when you don’t have drunk Americans oppressing Asian guys like they do in America. Asian guys get oppressed a lot by every color of American there it’s disgusting. I’ve seen it myself. They might as well move to Asia so they can beat up all those guys attacking elderly Asian people and live life free without being oppressed by racist Americans.
This comes from Muay Thai! It's a common trait that you'll see even amongst European fighters, and others, who fight in Muay Thai. Rodtang is an absolute beast.
I use Judo and was around a few Muay Thai guys. None of us were pro but respect is definitely a Muay Thai trait. Very powerful style if they connect. The only downside to Muay Thai is their stance often exposes them and a good grappler/wrestler can use that against them. Muay Thai has some of the most powerful strikes in martial arts. It's awesome how serious Thailand takes this style and keeps it respectful. I don't consider Gilbert Yvell a real Muay Thai user even though he was. He was a dirty as hell fighter especially against Don Frye.
@@Nontoxicz Personally I think you're either respectful or you're not. Not everyone wants conflict before a fight whereas some fighters thrive on it. This is something I always struggled with a bit. Not with fighting but just with playing games against other people (like sport type games). I always felt bad beating the other person or going rough on them, so I'd always apologize or purposely not do my best. Now I give them my everything and then save the niceties for afterwards.
