The people that hired them want it that way. They think they are being nice to the worst of society. I say that as someone that has been to prison. You have to punish crime. Sometimes that's the only way to save someone. So many of my friends have been thru the same thing. We would be dead without going to prison. Nadler is insaine. I've seen both sides and I live in reality

When are politicians going to accept CRIMINALS DO NOT CARE ABOUT LAWS. States need to reopen state psych facilities to help mentally and when discharged without access to follow up treatment and medication.

Why are they focused just on gun violence. I'm in therapy, in part, because I have survivors guilt for not letting myself be 🗡 dozens of times, 20 years ago. I was walking home from work, in the middle of street, at 2 or 3 in the morning. I constantly looked all around and behind me, in yards, bushes, alleys, through car windows and looking for shadows that didn't belong, listening for sounds, paying attention for interruptions in the air flow; for any sign that someone was approaching. A young man wearing a bookbag came out of nowhere and began trying to chat me up and get me out of the street. I told him I didn't feel safe in his company and asked him to leave and he wouldn't. I called home and told them everything including updating them on my location and asked them to meet me at the door with our 🔫🔫 to insure he didn't try to come in, in front of him. When he said he didn't believe I was talking to anyone, I knew I was in greater danger than I thought and started thinking that it might not be just an attempt to 🍇 me. I told my family that I didn't feel safe leading him home and had to go to "plan b". I was looking to stay as public as possible and get into an intersection to force car's to stop. I stepped in front of one that was 3 feet in front of me, fully prepared to get thrown on impact, where help would come; instead of dying alone in an alley. Thank God the car's breaks stopped on a dime and he ran. 45 minutes later, he 🗡 a new mother, barely out of school, dozens of times, after he duct taped her hands, feet and mouth. That young rose didn't survive. She was found in an alley blocks from her home. I've blamed myself for what happened to her because, I acted to save myself.
He wanted the experience of doing those things. I don't think that these programs would have helped him and, he didn't wake up one day and just decide "I want to try this ", without having a history. Stop treating these people like they don't know what they're doing. They're not toddlers. Lock them up and keep them away from society. When they're done serving their time, keep them segregated so they can't reproduce and send them to a penal colony to live freely among each other, where they can do their worst; away from us
