Congratulations!! I had my second baby back in December. I had a miscarriage about 4 months before we conceived my 2nd. I can relate to the feeling of not being able to relax after experiencing a loss. For me, it came in waves, but having good quality care providers helped me feel more secure! You’ve got this mama! Your new baby will be absolutely perfect just like Honor!! ❤

Try papaya enzymes for the heartburn! I had it really bad in my first trimester and beginning of the second but those helped drastically better than tums!

Girl, was there enough time between this and the methotrexate? You have to wait at least 3 months before trying to conceive again.
The half-life of methotrexate even at high doses is hours and it is cleared from your system within days (at max) with a one time dose. The washout period is often advised by physicians because there are no clinical studies that have been done on subsequent pregnancies following the administration of methotrexate for ectopic pregnancies (as this type of study is unethical). Even the manufacturer of the drug states that pregnancies conceived within 6 months of taking the drug are likely to be favorable and similar to pregnancies conceived 3-6 months after. As noted in this video, I was not planning to conceive immediately after my previous pregnancy. So far there are no concerns of birth defects or complications from methotrexate. Xx

On a side note, i actually need some advice. I have the exact same short curly pieces of hair in the front of my head as Julia has. I also have her same hair texture. I always kinda had them but one day i looked and i just noticed that the areas in which i have them are bigger that i tought. I don't know if i'm balding or if it's just regrowth of some kind. I would really love if all of my hair had the same length. Does anyone have any advice on how to make those pieces grow, because it feels like they are not growing. (I am not pregnant, and never had a baby).
