I noticed that on "Specify When to Start the Process" you put "Important Message" equals #IMPORTANT. It will only be triggered if there is already a record in "Important Notification" that equals #IMPORTANT, luckily you had a message with #IMPORTANT already in there. Why cant you just start the process without a matching condition?
I hate your software more than you guys would ever know. It's the most whack developer experience and I actively push for the replacement of your software with properly tested software. Goofy company with an even goofier founder
