Excellent point on sourcing skill improvement. I see so many people, joining courses because someone has said, that course increases chances for better paying jobs. Only to realise that taking new path means giving up on their current experience and skills. They lose motivation and drop out of the course. It they go through some free content on RUclips for 6-8 hours, they will get lot of clarity. Then if they still want to gain deeper knowledge and polish their skills, they can join a course.
Becoming rich is very simple but very hard. One should only require to start investment in early age for very long term. Patience is for free and everyone has it but only few uses it 😅
