Men and Women who have built assets and banked money outside all stolen from Zimbabwe shall in the new Zimbabwe go alone to those outside countries 15:36 and collect the funds that Zimbabwe through a beefed up Z ACC shall receive and invest and boost public service delivery. 2.1 However if those people do not want to repatriate the funds that they stole from the people of Zimbabwe, let them go and live in those countries they so love and may only return to Zimbabwe when they are 100 years old. 2.2 Anyone visiting them going in and out of Zimbabwe shall similarly be accorded 100 years in those countries . 2.3 The hitmen and hitwomen and those being used in poisoning political opponents or any other critics, shall together with their masters and mistresses be given 100 years outside the country or till they pass on. However, if they return the funds they stole, only then can their close relatives be allowed to attend their function when they pass on in that outside country. 3.Let the Gov or through transparent tender processes, facilitate the manufacturing of water chemicals 3.1 Let professional civil engineers and builders train unemployed youths at Community level, how to construct brick structures next to houses roofed with non- contaminable roof tiles to be used for rain water harvesting to be used as drinking water and for everyday household use. Then use recycled water for garden use. 4.0 Let the people of Zimbabwe start discussing 4.1 appropriate land usage 4.2 Terms for receiving land for 4.2.1 household farming 4.2.2 Small holder farming for household consumption and for sale 4.2.3 for commercial farming 4 2.4 Insurance and agricultural loans 4.2.5 What type of Community Service should be accorded to people with the tendency of vandalizing fields/farms once crops are ripe or ready for harvesting?
