4:00 Fun Fact: Pole Dancers do in fact have decent core strength, but not as impressive as you think. A lot of their flashy pole spins are due to the fact that the pole itself rotates, as they are custom installed, so for dancers, it's moreso just about grabbing on and moving up and down.

Cats are amazing. I had 2. Had to put them down after about 13 years. One got cancer and one got heart problems which couldn't be fixed. After that, I don't want more cats. Because I don't want to go through that again.

Yea that pole wasnt tight enough. This model of pole looks to be fairly similar to mine. It is kept in place with tension / pressure.
